Ms. Franklin leads the Corporate Credit Reporting and Analytics team at TIAA Bank where she oversees Executive level reporting and Loan Loss Reserves for the Consumer and Commercial Credit portfolios. Pam is also leading efforts at TIAA Bank for the Current Expected Credit Losses “CECL” implementation in 2023.

Ms. Franklin has spent her career dedicated to serving the military and their families (USAA FSB) and the not-for-profit sector at TIAA Bank. After the Great Recession, Pam relocated to Charlotte, NC to assist TIAA in starting up a De Novo bank. She is focused on maintaining a disciplined credit culture. One that strives to provide financial security to its participants while controlling risk.

Pam’s hobbies include spending time with her family, running and practicing yoga with friends.
