With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mike Horrocks possesses a unique and extensive blend of financial expertise, technology skills, process redesign abilities and strategic management experience.

Horrocks’ background has enabled him to create go-to-market strategies for new solutions, help clients convert strategies into revenue generating initiatives and forecast market direction. Throughout his career, he has conducted thought leadership seminars as well as implemented a global client-centric project management methodology for Baker Hill.

Currently, Horrocks is the Vice President of Product Management for Baker Hill. Previously, Horrocks served as Baker Hill’s Vice President of Marketing and Director of Client Services. Horrocks also served as an adjunct professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Before joining Baker Hill, he held positions within several other organizations, including Experian, Profit Technologies, SAIC, FIS – Broadway and Seymour, Zions First National Bank and Zions Bancorporation.

As Vice President of Product Management for Baker Hill, Horrocks is a leader in the areas of strategic initiative consulting, execution, analysis and customer lifecycle solutions marketing, with a special focus on the banking and credit union segment. He guides the development of Baker Hill’s solutions to drive increased performance, profitability, and realized market share gains across lending solutions, risk management and analytics. Furthermore, Horrocks is a seasoned speaker at many top-tier industry events and contributes regular thought leadership articles to Baker Hill’s blogs and whitepapers.

Horrocks received his bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University, where he earned the Board of Regents Scholarship. He earned an MBA at Indiana University, where he was also awarded a CIBER International Scholarship and was recognized as a Business Horizon Student Research Grant Recipient. Horrocks is a member of many associations including the Risk Management Association and Bankers Without Borders. In his free time, he enjoys traveling internationally with his wife and five children.
