Lydia Dawoud, Chief Intelligence Officer, has worked for North Shore Systems for 2 years. Lydia has more than 15 years of experience in the software and business intelligence field. Her role in NSS is to research, analyze and understand workflows to facilitate the data projects and provide analytical BI and reporting solutions for NS customers.

Her expertise has included project lifecycle management and design using SQL Server, application integration, and enterprise BI solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services, Integration Services, Analysis Services and Power BI.

Lydia has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
