Ms. Rivera-Pauley is a Senior Vice President and Income Property Finance Team Manager for the South and Mid-Atlantic regions at Regions Bank where she guides a talented team responsible for loan structuring, underwriting, servicing and risk rating of the on-balance sheet real estate portfolio. Ms. Rivera-Pauley has 24 years of broad experience in Banking and Accounting and has worked in a wide variety of fields including Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Large Corporate Syndications and Financial Reporting. Ms. Rivera-Pauley's previous positions have also covered a wide variety of institutions, including Barnett Bank, Wachovia, SouthTrust, SunTrust, EverBank, Community & Southern Bank, Keybank and Bank of America.
 Ms. Rivera-Pauley is actively engaged in the industry and community serving on the following Boards and committees:

Ms. Rivera-Pauley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Rollins College, and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Ms. Rivera-Pauley is fluent in Spanish and is Credit Risk Certified. She lives in Kennesaw, Georgia with her husband and two sons.
