Lexie Garrison

Lexie Garrison is the Chief Credit Officer and SVP for Valliance Bank. She holds a BBA in Finance and MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. Lexie has worked in banking for 19 years beginning as a teller and working in various positions such as consumer and commercial loan documentation and appraisal, environment, and loan review before moving into the credit function for the last 14 years. In addition to her banking career, she is an adjunct teacher with the University of Central Oklahoma teaching Commercial Credit Risk Analysis (an RMA developed course) while also serving on the MBA Advisory Board and as a mentor for the MBA program. She has also been active with the Oklahoma Bankers Association teaching at the annual Commercial Lending School and serving on the Basic/Intermediate Banking School board.
Garrison has been a member of RMA for 14 years and a member of the Oklahoma Chapter Board for four years with her focus having been on developing the Academic involvement for Oklahoma. In addition, she is currently in her second year as a member of RMA’s Community Bank Council. The community that RMA creates for bankers across the nation has been invaluable to her allowing her to meet bankers from across the nation and participate in regulatory discussions and other areas that directly impact banking.
In her spare time, Garrison enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, stepsons, friends, and family as well as working with various non-profits in the Oklahoma City area.
