Doug Sheline is a Senior Vice President with M&T Bank, currently serving as the Head of the LIBOR Transition Office.  He previous served as Assistant Treasurer, responsible for Asset/Liability Management, Funding/Liquidity Management, Investment Portfolio Management and, Capital Markets (Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Derivatives).

Doug joined M&T Bank as Assistant Treasurer in 2008. Prior to joining M&T, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in Corporate Treasury at Regions Financial Corporation in Birmingham, Alabama. Before that role, Doug served as Vice President of the Asset/Liability Management group at PNC Financial Services Group in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
