Bianca Alvarez has worked for North Shore Systems for 9 years and is the Chief Customer Experience Officer. In her role she is focused on designing solutions for every part of the loan life cycle. She works together with customers to understand their workflow needs and to transform their workflow by delivering a fully configured, customized, and integrated environment that is streamlined and easy to use.

In addition to her primary job functions, she is an experienced Product Manager and Project Manager. She knows no single approach is the right one for every customer and so is trained in a range of modalities and takes pride in using the best in-demand frameworks for providing roadmap development, rapid prototyping, SQL, and data visualization. She is extraordinarily committed to providing the best customer support, customer experience, and customer service.

She is a graduate from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering.
