This presentation would include an overview of third party risk management (TPRM) and the key elements to a successful TPRM program, to ensure vendor risks are clearly and timely identified and appropriately responded to, either through acceptance or mitigation. Such risks include, among others, information security, data privacy, and cyber resiliency, along with financial and compliance and/or regulatory risks. The session will also include the following:
  • Inherent Risk Assessments
  • Vendor Due Diligence and Self Assessments
  • Residual Risk Implications
  • Ongoing Monitoring
